This Fair Usage Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
To ensure the stability, security, and availability of our Service and infrastructure for all users, we define acceptable usage patterns and limits through this Fair Usage Policy.
This policy applies primarily to users on our free service tier, which is designed to provide a basic level of resources for typical Discord bot and website workloads. Paid plans, partnerships, or custom agreements may include different or higher limits, as specified in their respective terms.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
2. Resource Limits and Abuse
2.1 Resource Allocation
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise (for example, under a paid plan or custom agreement), the following limits apply to free-tier users:
- Applications per account: up to 2 concurrently running applications, with a maximum of 1 website.
- CPU usage: up to 1 vCPU total across all applications
- RAM: up to 2 GB total across all applications
- Storage: up to 2 GB total across all applications, mainly for runtime and logs
2.2 Efficient Use of Resources
Allocations are intended to support normal application operation, not continuous high-intensity computation.
For free-tier users, prolonged sustained high CPU usage, memory pressure, or bandwidth usage is prohibited, even if the system technically allows it.
Paid plans or custom agreements may permit higher or sustained usage depending on the specific terms, but all users must ensure their workloads do not negatively impact platform stability or other users.
Examples of prohibited activity include:
- Running compute-heavy tasks unrelated to the intended use of the platform (e.g., Discord bots, websites, APIs, or other permitted services)
- Sustaining excessive resource usage that degrades shared infrastructure
- Generating excessive logs or I/O
- Misusing our compute resources for unrelated general-purpose workloads
- Excessive API calls or abnormal network traffic patterns
We may throttle, restart, or suspend applications violating this guideline.
2.3 Network & Bandwidth
Network resources are shared among all users, as such:
- Usage must align with typical application behavior.
- Excessive bandwidth consumption affecting other users is prohibited.
- Users are expected to take reasonable precautions against abuse (e.g., DDoS, scraping, open proxies).
- We may apply rate limiting or other controls to maintain service stability.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to, including but not limited to the followings:
- Host or distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or run spam applications
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
- Run cryptomining, password cracking, or similar resource-abusive workloads
- Host content that is illegal in our operating jurisdiction or your own
- Operate open proxies, VPN exit nodes, or tunneling services intended to bypass network controls
We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, removing content, or reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Inactive Applications and Data Retention
To conserve resources, we may:
- Stop or remove applications that have been inactive for 30 days
- Delete logs, temporary files, and other non-essential data after 7 days
For paid services, different retention policies may apply depending on the plan.
We may try, but are not obligated, to send a warning (e.g., email, Discord DM, or dashboard notification) before deleting inactive applications.
5. Enforcement
If we detect usage that breaches this Fair Usage Policy, we may:
- Throttle or limit specific resources
- Temporarily suspend one or more of your applications
- Remove or delete containers, images, or data
- Terminate your access to the Service in serious or repeated cases
For paid plans or custom agreements, we will, where reasonably practical, provide notice and an opportunity to remediate before taking enforcement action, unless immediate action is required to:
- Protect the stability or security of the platform
- Prevent abuse or illegal activity
- Comply with legal obligations
We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice if necessary.
6. Agreement Precedence
Where a paid plan, partnership agreement, or custom contract specifies limits or terms that differ from this Fair Usage Policy, those terms shall take precedence over this policy.
