This Fair Usage Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Because our Service is free, we must protect the stability and availability of our infrastructure for all users. This Fair Usage Policy explains what we consider fair and acceptable use.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
2. Resource Limits and Abuse
2.1 Resource Allocation
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise:
- Bots per account: up to 1 concurrently running bots
- CPU usage: up to an average of 0.5 vCPU per bot
- RAM: up to 512 MB per bot
- Storage: up to 2 GB per bot, mainly for runtime and logs
- Network: reasonable Discord API usage and traffic typical of a standard bot
2.2 Efficient Use of Resources
Allocations are provided to allow normal Discord bot operation, not continuous high-intensity computation. Prolonged sustained max CPU, memory pressure, or bandwidth usage is prohibited, even if the system technically allows it.
Examples of prohibited activity include:
- Running compute-heavy tasks (AI models, rendering, hashing, OCR, etc.)
- Sustaining >80–100% CPU usage for long periods
- Generating excessive logs or I/O
- Misusing our compute as a general-purpose server unrelated to Discord bot workloads
We may throttle, restart, or suspend bots violating this guideline.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to, including but not limited to the followings:
- Host or distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or run spam bots
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
- Run cryptomining, password cracking, or similar resource-abusive workloads
- Host content that is illegal in our operating jurisdiction or your own
We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, removing content, or reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Inactive Bots and Data Retention
To conserve resources, we may:
- Stop or remove bots that have been inactive for 30 days
- Delete logs, temporary files, and other non-essential data after 7 days
We may try, but are not obligated, to send a warning (e.g., email, Discord DM, or dashboard notification) before deleting inactive bots.
5. Enforcement
If we detect usage that breaches this FUP, we may:
- Throttle or limit specific resources
- Temporarily suspend one or more of your bots
- Remove or delete containers, images, or data
- Terminate your access to the Service in serious or repeated cases
Where practical, we will try to contact you and give you a chance to fix the issue. However, we may take immediate action without notice if necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
