We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SleepyNeko Studios Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information related to 『雲端貓居 NyankoHost』(the “Service”).

This Policy does not cover Discord’s own processing of data. Please refer to Discord’s Privacy Policy separately.

  • Discord user ID, username, and avatar
  • Email address (if provided)
  • Basic profile information associated with your login method

2.2 Service Usage Data​

  • Bot identifiers (e.g., bot token ID, application ID – never store raw tokens in plain text; see below)
  • Bot runtime metrics such as CPU, memory, restarts
  • Logs from your bot containers (stdout/stderr), control panel actions, and API calls
  • IP addresses and metadata related to connections to our infrastructure

2.3 Technical Data​

  • Browser type, operating system, device information
  • Cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions and security
  • Timestamped events (e.g., login, start/stop bot, deploy)

2.4 Content Processed by Your Bots​

Our infrastructure may transiently process Discord events/data that your bots receive or send via the Discord API (e.g., messages, guild info, user IDs).

Unless explicitly stated (e.g., for logging you enable), we do not intentionally store full message content. However, some of this data may appear in logs depending on how your bot is written.

3. How We Use Your Information​

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Run and manage your hosted bots
  • Monitor service performance and stability
  • Prevent abuse, security incidents, and fraud
  • Communicate with you about updates, incidents, or important changes

We never sell your personal data.
